Major Aveles

Major Aveles appears on Combine rosters only as a sealed file. What can be confirmed is eight years in the Special Operations Directorate before fleet command, and the habits she refused to leave there.

The Shadow Protocol is a small ship by Combine standards. Its trick is not a cloak. It fouls a clean sensor lock, which is enough. Aveles gets into position before the other ship has agreed she is present, hits, and backs into the noise. Her kills per time-spent-visible are the highest in the fleet. She credits the Directorate. She will not discuss the Directorate.

The Combine finds her useful and slightly unauditable. She seems content with that arrangement.
