Plant-Manager Adisa

Folake Adisa ran Manufacturing Plant 11 for nineteen years, turning out standard hull-plate at the highest rate in the Combine. She ran it like a slaughterhouse: continuous flow, no batching, every station timed. When she got the Throughput, she rebuilt the bridge the same way. Her gunners fire on a flow, not in volleys. Damage control walks a fixed route, the way a line walks.

She counts a fight in enemy hull-mass per hour, and feints irritate her more than losses. She would rather lose cleanly than win by improvising. The Combine calls her boring. Her survival rate is the highest in her bracket.

Plant 11 was what she actually loved. The Combine sold it to a subsidiary three years ago, over her objection. She has not forgiven the sale.
