Raid Leader
The Adalil leads the raids. They pick the target, find the lane in, and decide when to run. A raid is fast and greedy: hit the convoy, take what can be carried, and be three sectors away before anyone is angry about it. An Adalil is judged by two numbers, what came back and who came back. The Company prefers both to be high.
