Head of the Company
The Captain-General is the Company, for as long as the ledger balances. Every contract the Blades take is signed under that name, and every debt the Blades owe is owed by it. The Captain-General rarely fights. The job is choosing which wars are worth the fee and which employers will still be solvent when the bill comes due. There is no second Captain-General, only the next one. When the seat empties, the captains vote, and the Company carries on.
