File Leader
A Rottmeister leads a file: three or four ships that fly together, fight together and split the prize between them. It is the first rank that gives orders to anyone, and the first one that gets blamed for anything. A good Rottmeister keeps the file alive and in formation. A great one does it while making the file feel like the best in the Company.
