Planner of Wars
The Strategos plans the war and leaves the fighting to everyone else. Employers hire one when they have more ships than sense: someone to tell them where the enemy will be next season, which sectors are worth holding, and how much it will cost. A Strategos is paid for being right. Being wrong is billed separately, and the Company always collects.
