Sergeant
The Weibel keeps the muster rolls and drills the crews until they stop making the same mistakes. Every name on a banner's roll went through a Weibel first, and every name struck off was struck by one. It is not a glamorous rank. Every captain in the Company remembers their first Weibel, and most of them are still a little afraid of that person.
