Sister Vale

Sister Vale belongs to a Dominion sect the official Dominion does not acknowledge. Her practice puts a voice on the open channel during a fight, and the voice carries harmonics that foul enemy tracking. Opponents say the hymn gets louder as the engagement goes on, and that their locks fade and return with it.

Whether that is a technical trick or a rite, Vale insists it is both, and that the two are not different things. The hymns are said to be beautiful if you can hear the music and ignore the guns. Most of her opponents cannot manage the split.
